Mountain music for Scottish pipes
A collection of over 60 traditional tunes from the mountainous Southeastern U.S. Includes melodies from ballads, songs, breakdowns, marches, gospel hymns and shape-note hymns. Chord symbols, lyrics, background information, and harmonies (where appropriate) included. This 'old-time' music is closely linked to the traditions of Scotland, Ireland, and England, as many early settlers to the region immigrated from the British Isles. Difficulty levels range from easy to difficult.
